A stunning and easy charcuterie board featuring sweet fig jam, salty prosciutto, creamy brie, and crunchy nuts. Perfect for date night or a dinner party, this board comes together in under 15 minutes and is sure to impress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • 4–6 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces salami (Genoa or soppressata), sliced
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 4 ounces aged cheddar
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (grapes, sliced apples, or figs)
  • ½ cup dried fruit (apricots, dates, or figs)
  • ½ cup nuts (toasted almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 box crackers (water crackers, rosemary crackers, or baguette slices)
  • ½ cup olives (Castelvetrano or kalamata)
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Spoon the fig jam into a small bowl and place it in the center of your board.
  2. Place the brie, cheddar, and goat cheese around the jam. Cut the brie into wedges or leave it whole. Slice the cheddar into thin triangles. Leave the goat cheese in a log or crumble it.
  3. Fold the prosciutto into loose ribbons or roll into rosettes. Place near the brie. Arrange salami slices in a small pile or fan them out.
  4. Scatter fresh fruit, dried fruit, and nuts in the empty spaces. Place grapes in small clusters and tuck dried apricots between cheese wedges.
  5. Place olives in a small bowl or directly on the board. Arrange crackers in neat stacks or fan them out.
  6. Drizzle honey over the brie or goat cheese if desired.
  7. Fill any bare spots with extra crackers or fruit. Wipe smudges off the board. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

Take cheese out of fridge 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Use a bowl for fig jam to prevent it from seeping into the board. Store crackers separately until serving to keep them crisp. Leftovers can be stored separately for 3-4 days.
